How to order

The general ordering process in the BAM webshop is as follows:

Select the products you would like to order by clicking the "Add to cart" button. This will place your selection in the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by changing the number of products, by clicking the trash can icon you can delete the selection or cancel the order process. By clicking the button "Checkout (place order)" you will get to the next order step.

Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer via the menu item "Login". Alternatively, you have the option to place orders as a guest. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. By clicking the button "Continue" you will get to the next order step.

If you are already logged in, you can now check your billing address and if you have products to be shipped in your shopping cart, select an alternative shipping address. By clicking the button "Next" you will get to the next order step.

If you have products to be shipped in your shopping cart, now check your shipping address or enter an alternative shipping address. After clicking the button "Next" you confirm the offered shipping method and the shipping costs. By clicking the button "Next" you will get to the next order step.

Now enter your desired payment method and click on the "Next" button. For some payment methods you will be shown additional instructions for the payment, which you confirm by clicking "Next".

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Check that all the information is correct and please read the terms and conditions carefully. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions, the notes on data protection and the order as an entrepreneur in the sense of §14 UstG. By clicking the button "Buy for xx,xx €" you send your order to us. Herewith you submit a legally binding offer. Depending on the selected payment method, you will be redirected either to a payment service provider or to the order confirmation.

The supply function works this way:

BAM offers you the possibility to create a quotation from the filled shopping cart.

Please proceed as follows for the creation of an offer:

put the desired products into the shopping cart.
please go to the shopping cart.
in the shopping cart you have the possibility to change the desired quantity or to remove products. After your changes please confirm them with "Update shopping cart".
after checking the shopping cart, you now have the possibility to generate your non-binding offer as a PDF document by clicking the button "create offer".
if you want to place an order by e-mail with BAM, we ask you to also generate an offer with your desired items via the shopping cart. Please send this offer together with your written purchase intention by e-mail back to webshop@bam.de.
