Product Components and Product Selection
For your Customized Calibration Kit, select all consecutive and spectrally overlapping CRMs that cover your required spectral range.
The respective fluorescence emission spectra certified for each CRM were measured at T = 25 ± 2°C in absolute ethanol.

LinkCorr Analysis Software
The corresponding LinkCorr analysis software will be available for download in your webshop customer account under "My Downloadable Products" after purchase. Please note that some antivirus programs may incorrectly identify LinkCorr as a potential threat during download or execution (so-called false positives). Certified Standards for Fluorescence Emission Measurements
The Customized Calibration Kit contains certified, PTB / NIST / NPL-traceable spectral fluorescence emission standards for determining the spectral responsivity of fluorescence spectrometers and for generating emission correction curves. The individual standards cover overlapping spectral regions and enable the validation, calibration, and spectral correction of fluorescence emission measurements.
The calibration kit is optimized for spectrofluorometers and can be used with a wide range of measurement geometries. When the underlying measurement principle is properly considered, it can also be adapted for the calibration of other types of fluorescence instruments.
In combination with the LinkCorr analysis software, instrument-specific emission correction curves can be generated to compensate for wavelength-dependent detector sensitivity. This improves the comparability of fluorescence spectra across different instruments, laboratories, and measurement periods and supports quality assurance in research and industry.
